Why is the signature visit 45 minutes?
It creates room for movement, sniffing, play, routine-care steps and an unhurried transition. The final offer remains subject to founder approval.
Can I combine dog walking with another service?
Yes. The care-plan pathway is designed to coordinate approved services around one household profile and meet-and-greet.
Are the displayed prices final?
No. Starting-at pricing is approved in principle, but the final amounts and operating policies still require Kiana’s approval.
Do you serve my community?
Moona’s currently serves 15 confirmed communities across Chicago’s south suburbs. Availability still depends on route capacity.
Can you care for a senior or special-needs pet?
Some needs may be supported after an individual review. Moona’s will confirm whether the requested care is within its training, policy and insurance boundaries.
